Natalia is an expert with over 18 years of experience in transfer pricing, gained at leading advisory firms, including the “Big Four”, as well as on the corporate side as an in-house specialist. She specialises in strategic planning for intra-group settlements and conducting complex TP due diligence reviews.

Throughout her professional career, she has successfully managed projects involving Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance. She has extensive experience in preparing and reviewing Local and Master Files, as well as drafting specialised benchmarking analyses and tax opinions.

Natalia has also participated in restructuring projects, successfully supporting clients during transfer pricing audits and tax proceedings. As a co-creator of Poland’s first service dedicated to TP, she actively contributes to shaping industry knowledge standards.

She helps companies build secure and efficient settlement models, combining deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of business processes in a dynamically changing tax environment.
